Second run done!
I took it easy again, but was curious to see how much endurance I had lost. I decided to run until I either felt pain or got too tired, whichever came first.
It was too dark to see my garmin for most of the run, which was great because I didn’t want to be distracted by my pace.
By the time I did check, I was thrown off by the ‘low battery’ message and stopped to walk and figure out which button to press.
The good news is I made it 3km without a break!
If I pull up ok tomorrow I’ll go for a ride to break things up a little, then back out on the road on Wednesday.
These endorphins are addictive.
