Second session of circuits with The Guy tonight. 

He took it kind of easy on my legs because of the cycle yesterday. 

Lots more boxing intervals this time around because he could tell I loved it so much last time. I really, really lie the boxing parts. I feel strong and powerful and even a little bit sexy when I’m sweating and going for it. So good. 

In the very last interval (of 17), I did something to my left shoulder throwing a punch. Now I can’t really hold any weight or even push with my left arm. I had to reach across with my right arm to fasten my seatbelt. Hmmmm. Not good. 

Did some icing tonight and if it’s no good in the morning I’ll call the osteo first thing and see if I can get an emergency appointment. Taking my bra off was almost impossible, I had to pull it down to my waist and turn it around to unhook it. Getting dressed in the morning is going to be interesting!
